More officers will walk the streets of North Glasgow to challenge antisocial youth behaviour.
Police Scotland's Maryhill unit confirmed having received reports of antisocial behaviour at the Valley area.
The force also called on parents and guardians to ensure they are aware of what their children are doing on the streets.

In a statement, a Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers from Maryhill are aware of the ongoing youth disorder in the Valley area.
"Officers will be carrying out additional patrols and dealing with any incidents of disorder robustly.
"We ask parents to ensure you are aware of your child's movements and actions whilst out.
