Glasgow branch of McDonald's closes for 'exciting' refurbishment
A Glasgow McDonald's is set to close for a refurbishment.
The branch at the Forge Shopping Centre in Parkhead will not be open to customers from Sunday, August 28 until September 28.
Bosses at the centre made the announcement on social media and added that they "can't wait" to see the restaurant when it reopens.

The post read: "McDonald's will be temporarily closed from Sunday 28th August until the 28th September for an exciting new refurbishment.
"We can't wait to see the results!!"
