A POST Office in Glasgow will close for six weeks for a major refurbishment.
Peterson Park Post Office, at 14 Yokermill Road, was temporary closed yesterday to allow extensive building work to take place.
The whole shop is undergoing a major refit and is expected to reopen on Wednesday, October 26 at 1pm.

While the Post Office is closed, customers will be able to use Dyke Road Post Office at 284 Dyke Road and Burnham Terrace Post Office at 839 Anniesland Road.
Scott Hamilton, Post Office Network Provision Lead, said: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work.
"The safety of our customers is paramount, therefore, to allow for the building work to take place, it will be necessary for the service to close temporarily."
After the refurbishment, customers will be able to access Post Office services at a serving point integrated with the retail counter.
