Deborah Craig said: "The sessions will explore thoughts, feelings and experiences through creativity and mindfulness.
"Being able to acknowledge and express how you're feeling is key to processing emotions that can lead to bigger problems.
"This programme supports all learning styles - talking and expressing thoughts and feelings, expression of self through creativity and relaxation with guided meditation to release emotions to help stay in the present. All we have is the here and now. We can't change the past and we don't know the future - staying present is key to maintaining balance."

Jim Neill, Chair of East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture (EDLC) Trust, added, "I know a lot of people are still feeling overwhelmed and stressed as a result of the COVID pandemic.
"This can lead to feelings of being unmotivated and some difficulties re-engaging again in groups following the lifting of restrictions.
"The free sessions are jam-packed with tools, strategies and techniques that are transferable to everyday living, including learning how to meditate, craft, release emotion, ground yourself, and create your own inner peace and happiness."
