The opening of a new bridge in North Glasgow has been delayed.
Scottish Canals has confirmed that Stockingfield Bridge will not be open in September, as originally scheduled.
The delay is due to a global supply issue with materials, which are needed to complete construction.
In a statement, the organisation said the problems will hopefully be resolved in the next few weeks.

The full statement reads: "The finishing touches and safety checks for Stockingfield Bridge are currently delayed due to a global supply issue with materials required to complete the bridge.
"We’re hopeful this will be resolved within the next few weeks, and we can open the bridge for everyone to enjoy.
"Please bear with us whilst we make these final improvements and do not pass through the barriers. We will let you know as soon as we have an official opening date."
