A POPULAR Glasgow restaurant has closed its doors after six years.
The team at Baffo, an Italian eatery in the city's Finnieston, notified their customers via social media that they were 'no longer serving up pizza and pasta'.
But they also teased that they would not be gone for good and are making plans for a new venture.

In a heartfelt post, they wrote: "Our time there was filled with pretty much perfect memories, where our Baffo fam[ily] started and grew over six years.
"It’s not over yet though…We have plans in the works, so keep an eye out for updates over the next while so you can find out how to get a Baffo Pizza fix.
"Special thanks to the staff who made the journey possible and a huge thanks to the customers we made over the years, lots of who we now call friends. You know who you are!
"We can’t wait to pop up and start slinging pizzas to you all again."
Regulars soon began to send their good wishes, with one person saying: "Wishing you all the very best whatever the future may hold."
Another said: "Great pizza at Baffo. I will miss the place. Best wishes for the future."
A third wrote: "Absolutely gutted... favourite pizza ever got some good memories of popping in there either before some good nights out or the day after!"
