UPDATE: Police have provided an update on the incident.
COPS have closed a Glasgow street due to an incident.
A Traffic Information Bulletin issued at 12.09pm stated that Dumbarton Road is closed between Harland Street and the roundabout at Victoria Park Drive South.
Emergency services are currently on the scene.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area if possible and seek an alternative route.
At 2.07pm, the road re-opened.
