A 10-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Glasgow.
We previously reported that cops had closed Dumbarton Road near Harland Street at around midday.

Police revealed that they were attending a road crash.
The road reopened at around 2pm.

Now the force has confirmed that they were called to the scene after a 10-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle.
He has been taken to the Royal Hospital for Children.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11.40am on Sunday, October 2, police were called to a report of a boy struck by a car on Dumbarton Road, Glasgow.
"Officers attended and the 10-year-old boy was taken by Ambulance to the Royal Hospital for Children."
