A 'careless' driver has been fined after a four-vehicle crash on a busy motorway.
We previously reported that a crash had occurred on the M74 motorway near Junction 6 Hamilton Interchange at around 7am on Monday morning.

Police rushed to the scene and the incident was cleared at around 8.40am, but rush hour traffic still faced delays of up to 90 minutes.
Now the force has revealed that the crash occurred between four vehicles.
One driver was given a fixed penalty notice for 'careless' driving.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received a report of a crash involving four vehicles on the M74 at around 7.15am.
"One person was given a fixed penalty notice for careless driving.”
