Forensics officers are investigating at the scene of an "unexplained" death in Glasgow.
The Glasgow Times previously reported that police had been called to a property on Cornwall Street in Kinning Park late last night.
They had received a report of "concern for a person".
A 36-year-old man was taken to hospital but was later pronounced dead.
His death is being treated as unexplained.
Photos taken from the scene this afternoon show a large police presence in place as enquiries continue.
Police wearing forensics suits are combing the area while others stand guard.
The area remains cordoned off to the public with tape.
One photo appears to show a bouquet of flowers placed at the doorway of a property.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of concern for a person at a property on Cornwall Street South, Glasgow around 11.30pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
“A 36-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
“It is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
