TWO men are due to appear in court in connection with the death of a man in Glasgow.
Kevin John Kennedy was found by officers to have suffered from severe injuries when they were called to Cornwall Street South in the city's Kinning Park last week.
He was found at around 11.30pm on Wednesday, October 5.
The 36-year-old was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A murder investigation was subsequently launched.
Two men, aged 23 and 28, will appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, October 10 in connection.
Detective Chief Inspector Peter Sharp said: “Our thoughts are with Kevin’s family and we will continue to support them at this difficult time.
“I would like to thank the public for their assistance and support during our enquiries.”
