A Glasgow shopping centre is looking forward to the festive season as organisers announce the date for their Christmas light switch-on.
Princes Square on Buchanan Street will host the special event at 5pm on Sunday, November 20 in an evening that's sure to spark some serious Christmas cheer.

Revealing the news on Instagram, a member of the team said: "Our Christmas light switch-on will take place Sunday 20 November.
"We can't wait for the festive fun to begin."
There's even more holiday fun to be had at the city centre spot as the popular Elf School makes a return from November 20 to December 24.
Visitors are invited to book their "little elves" in for a two-hour session of crafts, games and music where they will be fully supervised by the Little Sunshine Entertainment team.

After graduating from Elf School, youngsters will even have the chance to meet the "big man in red" for themselves.
