There are 14 Chunky Chicken branches in the UK, with the Glasgow chain being the only one in Scotland.
With a takeaway option and being open until 3am or 4am most days, the eatery has served as a popular food spot near some of the city's busiest nightlife.
The venue occupies the ground floor and basement, with the floors above being used as offices, and has a professionally-fitted kitchen.
According to the property developer, the restaurant generates around £11,000 per week in sales.
