Traffic is built up on a major Glasgow road after a rush hour collision.
Traffic Scotland has warned motorists travelling on the M8 this morning that there has been an incident between junctions 11 and 12, near Riddrie.
The crash took place around 7am this morning.
In an image, a car can be seen, damaged and turned to the side on the motorway.

A warning has been issued to drivers as traffic has slowed down in the area.
Police Scotland has been approached for comment.
Update: Restrictions remain in place as traffic slows from junction 10 in Easterhouse.
