A developer has submitted plans to transform a derelict site in Glasgow into new homes, offices and student accommodation.
Summix Capital has revealed their proposal to build the mixed development at a site in Anderston, which is currently occupied by an office building at 2 Central Quay and a neighbouring 4.43-acre site.
As well as the homes, offices and student flats, there is the potential for commercial space at ground level.

The area benefits from planning permission in principle for mixed developments, as land just south of the proposed site has already been sold to a developer, Platform.
They are building four tower blocks comprising of nearly 500 build-to-rent apartments, with one 20-storey block being one of the city's tallest buildings.
While the plans are at an early stage, consultations will be held on November 24, 2022 and January 19, 2023 between 2pm and 7pm at 2 Central Quay, 89 Hydepark Street.
The community will be notified of further details regarding these events nearer the time.

A representative from Summix Capital said: "These exciting proposals represent a significant investment in Glasgow and will serve to regenerate a current brownfield site, providing much-needed housing and commercial space.
“The site has lain derelict for a considerable period of time, and its redevelopment will be a welcome addition to the community.
"As a company, we are committed to pursuing a Net Zero Carbon strategy by 2030, and this development will be in accordance with this.
"These proposals are at an early design stage, and over the next few weeks, we look forward to engaging in discussions with the local community about how best to progress this."
