Today, a Glasgow Times reader shared a photo of the new-and-improved Greggs with its doors open and welcoming a queue of customers for lunch.
The chain had been closed to customers since August 2021 when it was ravaged by a fire.
Firefighters battled the blaze for 12 hours and the space had remained empty and derelict ever since.
Greggs later confirmed to the Glasgow Times that they were planning to reopen sometime in 2022.
