A talented chef who was featured on Come Dine With Me: The Professionals is opening a new restaurant in Glasgow.
Mehrab Fakouri appeared on the Channel 4 programme earlier this year when he served delights from his Persian eatery Saffron by Paradise, located in the city's West End.
He is now delighted to welcome customers to his new Middle Eastern restaurant, Roya.
Mehrab said: “We are excited to finally open Roya, which has been years in the making.
"I’m thrilled and certain the food will be well-received. I feel when you do something with the pure intention of offering the best experience to your customers, it shows."

Roya is situated in the city centre, at the corner of Bath Street and Elmbank Street, and will open on November 4.
Combining traditional recipes, wines and bespoke cocktails, Mehrab is looking forward to introducing an 'unmatched' Middle Eastern dining experience in Glasgow.
He added: “Iranian or Middle Eastern restaurants in the UK and worldwide are rigid and lack flare.
"I'm a big believer that there are no rules when it comes to cooking if you make food with love. The food at Roya will leave an impression.
“People are now more open to trying new cuisines than they were a couple of decades ago when I first started in the industry.
"I’m truly excited to bring a whole new experience of Middle Eastern eating to Glaswegians in the city centre."
