Police officers are currently on the scene of a collision on a major motorway.
Emergency services were called to junction 6 of the M8 motorway, near Chapelhall, just after 2.30pm today.
A force spokesperson has confirmed that cops are still at the scene, dealing with a one-car crash.
According to Traffic Scotland, the road remains restricted and drivers are warned to be careful in the area.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2.35pm on Wednesday, November 2, police called to a report of a road crash involving one car on the M8 near J6 Chapelhall.
"Officers are at the scene."
