Glasgow University has revealed that Christmas lights have been placed on the iconic Cloisters.
The installation which connects the East and West quadrangles has been decorated for the holidays.
Revealing the sight in a Facebook video, the institution marked "that time of the year".
The full post read: "It's that time of the year again- the lights are up in the Cloisters!"

People in the comments were in awe of the decorations.
One person said: "Yes, I am loving it. Brought back fond memories of my time then."
Another commented: "That presages that Christmas is around the corner."
