While the first and second floors are currently undergoing refurbishments under another owner, the properties are separated by a dividing walkway with access through two different doors.
The listing, by Christie & Co, advises future tenants that the owner is willing to work with them to ensure they have their own set-up.
It is described as "an ideal opportunity to acquire a long-established bar restaurant site that is currently in the process of being refurbished to create a more modern establishment."
