The funeral details for Glasgow Archbishop Emeritus Mario Conti have been confirmed.
Following the announcement of his death aged 88, the Archdiocese of Glasgow announced that the Requiem Mass for Archbishop Emeritus Conti will be held at Saint Andrew's Cathedral on Friday, November 18 at 12 noon.
As a large number of his family, friends and representatives of parishes are expected to attend, there will be no seats available in the Cathedral for members of the public at the Requiem Mass.

The service will be live-streamed for those wishing to watch, and can be accessed here.
Meanwhile, the reception of the remains and vigil will take place at the Cathedral on Thursday, November 17 at 7pm.
There will be no reserved seats for this service, so parishioners are welcome to attend.
The Archbishop Emeritus died on November 8 at the city's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital after a short illness, having been a priest for 64 years and a bishop for 45 years.
