A North Glasgow nursery garden has been damaged by firebugs.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) were called to Hamiltonhill Family Learning Centre on Ellesmere Street at around 9.20pm on Wednesday night following a report of a blaze.
It is understood that a cosy hut for babies and a shed full of outdoor resources were burnt to the ground this has caused damage to newly completed upgrades in the garden including a wall full of newly planted planters, a polytunnel, potting tables and planting resources.
Pictures from the nursery show the charred remains of the sheds as well as damage to the astroturf and fencing.

It is believed the fire was started deliberately by vandals and cllr Christina Cannon, city convener for education, communities and equalities, said those responsible should "be ashamed of themselves".
She said: "It is always so upsetting when I hear about damage to our schools and nurseries by mindless vandals.
"They just don’t understand - or care - about the impact that it has on the staff and families.
"Even more so when the damage includes newly completed upgrades to the nursery garden for the children to enjoy by a community payback scheme.
"The culprits should be ashamed of themselves and I hope anyone with information on this crime informs the local police."
