A thief robbed a G4S security man in a McDonald's car park and left the scene in a getaway car.
Police officers are investigating after the incident, which took place on Westthorn Drive, in Cambuslang, just before 1pm today.
The security worker was uninjured and the thief left the scene in a black vehicle, driven by another man.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.50pm on Monday, November 28, a G4S security man was robbed of a security case within a car park at McDonald’s, Westhorn Drive, Cambuslang. He was not injured.
“The suspect made off in a black-coloured vehicle that was driven by another man. Police enquiries are ongoing to trace the vehicle and those responsible for the robbery.”
