A popular Glasgow bar which was forced to close during the pandemic has opened a new venue in the city.
Gulp, which was based in Shawlands, bid farewell to customers in September 2020 after making the 'devastating' decision to close its doors.
But now the team has revealed that they have managed to start a new venture, a cocktail bar called Daddy Marmalades which is located on Parnie Street.

A spokesperson said: "Hello Southsiders, we just wanted to update you on our new place.
"We miss the southside so much but unfortunately couldn’t make it back. It’s called Daddy Marmalades, based in Parnie St & we hope you can stop by another bar we’ve tried to make feel like a home away from home.
"We’ll be open Wed-Sun every week. Thanks for everything."
Through their new Instagram page for Daddy Marmalades, staff have been teasing a little about what customers can expect, such as tequila shakes, 'chilli' gin, craft beer and nachos.
