UPDATE: The fire has been extinguished and fire crews have left the scene
Firefighters have rushed to a Glasgow tenement building following reports of a blaze.
Three fire trucks were sent to Cathcart Road in the city's Southside this morning after a fire broke out on the ground floor of a commercial property.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have not stated what caused the fire, and fire crews are still on the scene.
There are currently no reports of casualties at this time.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 11.36am on Wednesday, December 7 to reports of a building on fire at Cathcart Road, Glasgow.
"Operations Control mobilised four fire appliances and firefighters extinguished a fire affecting a ground floor commercial property within a four-storey tenement building.
"There were no reported casualties and crews left after making the area safe."
