A new bar and restaurant in Glasgow has revealed when its doors will open to the public.
West Side Tavern, an anticipated new Italian-American-themed bar and eatery, is located in Partick next to Kelvinhall Station.
We previously reported that the team behind popular bar, The Locale, had taken over the former Bauhaus unit in the West End.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson for West Side Tavern announced that the new venue would be open to the public from Sunday, December 18, in time to show the World Cup Final.
The new venue will mostly cater to walk-in customers with 'a small allocation for bookings'.
They wrote: "So proud to announce we are finally ready to open to the public next Sunday, 18th at 2pm, and yes we will be showing the World Cup Final.
"There will be a small allocation for bookings however 75% of our tables will be walk-ins only until after Hogmanay, once we’ve had the chance to ease into our style of service.
"We can’t wait for you to join us and enjoy this exciting new concept. There will always be somebody in Partick who loves you at West Side Tavern."
