A popular city centre retailer has been forced to close its doors today.
As hundreds of Christmas shoppers flock to the Style Mile, Nike on Buchanan Street has announced that they will be closed 'until further notice' due to a technical fault .

One disappointed Glasgow Times reader shared photos of a sign posted in the shop's window this afternoon that said: "Due to a technical fault, the store will be closed until further notice.
"We apologise for the inconvenience."

There has been no further information provided regarding the nature of the fault at this time.
