AN amber weather warning has been issued for snow across Glasgow.
The Met Office issued the warning, which is place until 12pm today, at around 3.50am.
Heavy snow is expected to cause disruption this morning, with travel delays on roads likely as well as the stranding of some vehicles and passengers.

Some delays and cancellations to rail and air travel are also likely.
There is a chance some rural communities will be cut-off because of the weather and power cuts are likely.
Other services, such as mobile phone coverage, may also be affected.
A yellow weather warning for snow and ice across the area is in place until 9pm tonight.
A further yellow warning for snow and ice has been issued for Sunday from 3am to 9pm.
