UPDATE: The Glasgow Subway is now running
DELAYS are expected on the Glasgow Subway this morning due to the weather.
SPT tweeted that due to the weather conditions and ice freezing the depot yard, there is a delay in getting trains into service this morning.
This is also causing an issue in getting staff around the system to open stations.
They did not say when the subway is expected to be running.
Apologies all, due to the weather conditions & ice freezing the depot yard, there is a delay in getting trains into service & getting staff round the system to open stations. We are working to get things moving, updates to follow. pic.twitter.com/T2GkrA18Kd
