UPDATE: The fault is now fixed and services are returning to normal
TRAINS have been cancelled this morning due to a signalling fault.
ScotRail has announced services between Springburn and Milngavie and Between Milngavie and Edinburgh via Airdrie have been affected by the fault between Westerton and Milngavie.
Staff are currently working to rectify the fault.

Ticket acceptance is now in place with Glasgow City buses.
This includes the 17 service between Milngavie and Bearsden and the 15 service from Milngavie - Bearsden - Anniesland - Hyndland - Charing Cross - Glasgow Queen Street.

It comes amid major disruption to train services today and tomorrow due to strike action by RMT members.
A skeleton service is running on a limited number of routes across the Central Belt, Fife, and the Borders.
