A DRIVER is to stand trial accused of killing a man on a motorway.
Gurjeet Singh, 32, is charged with hitting Patrick Greene on the M8 at the Kingston Bridge in Glasgow on December 3 2020.
It is claimed Singh was behind the wheel of a van and did fail to maintain a proper lookout at the road ahead.

Prosecutors allege he then did not see a stationary car on the motorway as well as Mr Greene, who was standing beside it.
Singh is accused of colliding with both the man and the vehicle.
The indictment states Mr Green was so severely hurt that he passed away in hospital three days later.
Singh's legal team pleaded not guilty to a charge of causing death by dangerous driving during a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
