A yellow warning for snow and ice has been in place in Glasgow, but for how long will it continue?
The Met Office previously implemented the weather warning for the Glasgow area and it is expected to remain in effect until 3pm on Tuesday, December 27.
Some areas north of Glasgow can expect snow during the day, but this will ease into scattered showers with a brighter afternoon predicted.
Fog is expected on Tuesday at around 6pm before the sky becomes overcast and cloudy into the late evening.
It will be a cool day with temperatures of around 2 degrees and it will warm up overnight at an average of 7 degrees into Wednesday morning.
It doesn't look like this snow will last as we can expect rain from around 11am on Wednesday and this will continue on and off throughout the day and night.
