A Glasgow student is set to appear on the new series of a popular Channel 4 show.
Medical student, Caitlin, is set to star in the sixth season of The Great Pottery Throw Down.
The show, which sees 12 contestants battling it to become Britain’s best potter, will return to screens on Sunday, January 8 at 7.45pm.
The show took to social media on Friday to announce this season's contestants, all of which hail from varied parts of the UK.
In a post to Facebook, they wrote: "Meet our new set of potters, all fired up and ready to take the wheel."
Amongst the newest potting stars is 23-year-old Caitlin.
The introductory post states: "Caitlin spends most of her time on hospital wards in Dundee.
"Away from clay and her studies, you'll find Caitlin at the gym either getting stuck into a punching bag or finding her zen practising yoga, along with heading back to Glasgow to see family, friends and boyfriend.
"Caitlin’s style is modern, contemporary with a fusion of her dad’s retro-inspired style, as well as links to her Mum’s Chinese heritage.
"Caitlin also likes to incorporate a bit of cheekiness into her ceramics, such as ‘boob’ mugs and quirky surface decoration that reflects her light-hearted personality."
You can watch The Great Pottery Throw Down every Sunday at 7.45pm on Channel 4.
