A GLASGOW restaurant will appear on The Hairy Bikers Go Local next week.
Julie's Kopitiam, which is located on Pollokshaws Road, will feature on the show as hosts Dave Myers and Si King hunt for new ingredients to include on the menu at the Malaysian restaurant.
Announcing the news, owner Julie Lin shared a picture on Instagram of herself with the duo outside the eatery.
She wrote in the caption: "It's ya girl and The Hairy Bikers.
"Finally I can share this. I still can’t believe this happened, and I’m still so grateful.
"Our episode is out on Wednesday 4th January BBC2 at 8pm.
"These are two of the biggest names I’ve worked with to date and they were the most down-to-earth, kind, humble, supportive souls.
"The whole week was a pleasure.
"Si and Dave, thank you for gracing our doors, it was our pleasure.
"That’s all I can reveal for just now, but please do watch it along with us on Wednesday 4 BBC2.
"So many gorgeous spots that Glasgow and the west should be very proud of."
The Hairy Bikers Go Local will be on BBC 2 at 8pm on Wednesday, January 4.
