A 999 response was called to a block of flats in North Glasgow after the sudden death of a woman.
Police and ambulance crews arrived at the block of flats on Glenavon Road in the Gilshochill area of Maryhill at lunchtime today.
The force revealed that they were made aware of the sudden death of a 68-year-old woman within a property in the area.
Officers added that there are no apparent suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the sudden death of a 68-year-old woman within a property at Glenavon Road in Glasgow shortly after 12.30pm on Tuesday, January 3.
“There are no apparent suspicious circumstances.”
