A popular cafe in Glasgow's Southside is set to re-open weeks after a devastating flood closed the business.
Patricia's Coffee Bar was forced to close just before Christmas due to the flood.
They notified their customers on social media on December 17 that the shop would be closed 'until further notice'.
On Friday, the owners announced on social media that they were 'open again' after a 'New Year miracle'.

The Victoria Road cafe is much-loved in the neighbourhood and known for its speciality coffee, pastry, and sandwich options.
The cafe will be serving customers again from Saturday, January 7.
A spokesperson for Patricia's wrote: "It took a few days but we have a New Year miracle! See you tomorrow (Saturday) at 9am, folks! Come tell us everything we've missed."
We previously reported that Patricia's hosts a mental health chat cafe once a week since they first opened to help vulnerable members of the community.
