Emergency services have raced to attend the scene of a road crash in Glasgow this afternoon.
The Glasgow Times previously reported that a number of streets in the city centre had been shut down today following a collision.
A Police Scotland spokesperson later confirmed: "Around 2.10pm police called to assist with an incident in Trongate, Glasgow and officers are at the scene."
Now, photos from the scene show a large presence of police, fire crews and ambulance staff at the scene.
There has been no further update regarding any injuries or the circumstances surrounding the crash.
It is understood that the following roads are currently closed:
Stockwell Street between Trongate and Osbourne Street.
Glassford Street between Ingram Street and Trongate.
Trongate between Candleriggs/King Street and Glassford Street.
