Cops are stepping up patrols in a community after four children were arrested in connection with multiple incidents.
Worried members of the public had been reporting incidents to the police since November, including fires being set, vandalism, assault and thefts in the Wishaw and Motherwell areas.
Now officers have charged four youths, three aged 12 and one aged 13, in connection with the alleged offences.

Local Area Inspector Alan Mulholland said: "We take all reports of criminality seriously and if anyone has been a victim of crime, or has information regarding a police investigation, we would urge you to report it.
"We are aware of the disruptive effect that anti-social behaviour can have on a community and are committed to our ongoing efforts regarding diversionary activities.
"It is worth stressing that the vast majority of young people do not come to the attention of police but we know that a small minority do sometimes become involved in anti-social behaviour and their actions can have a negative impact on the lives of local residents.
"Local officers are working closely with partners to address these issues and find meaningful solutions to divert our young people away from criminality."

The force has detailed its plan to crack down on anti-social behaviour in the area, particularly concerning young people.
Police will take part in patrols in the community as part of their plan to encourage young people to steer away from anti-social behaviour.
They are also urging people to contact them regarding any issues they have about such incidents in their area.
Inspector Mulholland added: "In the meantime, dedicated patrols are being carried out in the area, with officers providing reassurance to the community as well as engaging with young people and discouraging them away from criminality.
"We are committed to encouraging people away from this kind of behaviour and we will take appropriate action where incidents are reported and offenders identified.
"I would also urge parents and guardians to make sure that they know where their children are, who they are associating with and what they are doing.
"Anyone who has concerns about antisocial behaviour in their area is encouraged to contact police by calling 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
