A search is underway for two missing teenagers.

14-year-old Courtney Molloy was reported missing from the Kintyre Drive area of Coatbridge and was last seen at around 10.30pm on Saturday.

She is described as being around 5ft 3in tall with brown hair.

When last seen, she was wearing a light-blue long jumper dress, with a black belt, a black and red jacket, and black knee-high boots.

Jamie Marc Walker, also known as Broadie, was reported missing from the Mossview Crescent area of Airdrie, around 6.30pm on Saturday.

The 15-year-old is described as being 5ft 11in, of slim build, with short dark hair.

When last seen, he was wearing a grey hoodie and black jacket.

Jamie was sighted in the Alexandra Parade area of Glasgow at around 11pm on Saturday night where he suffered a potentially serious leg injury. 

Jamie and Courtney are known to have been in each other’s company last night, however, it is unclear if that is still the case. 

Sergeant Alister Thom, from Airdrie Police Station said: “There is significant concern, particularly for Jamie’s welfare given that he’s known to have sustained an injury last night.

“Efforts to trace both him and Courtney are ongoing, as we appeal for anyone with information on their whereabouts or any potential sightings to please come forward.

“If you believe you can assist our enquiries, please call police on 101, quoting incident 4220 of January 28, 2023.”
