The fire service has issued an update following a car fire yesterday.
As the Glasgow Times reported at the time, Auchinlea Road was closed as emergency services attended a fire.
Now, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has released a statement in connection with the incident.
A spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 4.38pm on Tuesday, 7 February to reports of a car fire on Auchinlea Road, Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised one appliance to the scene and crews worked to extinguish the fire.
"There were no reported casualties.”

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.45pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, officers were called to Auchinlea Road, Glasgow, following a report of a vehicle fire.
“The fire is thought to be suspicious and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
