Morrisons have announced the closure of one of its stores ahead of "an exciting transformation".
The Bishopbriggs location will close on Saturday, February 18 to make way for a brand-new store to be built on the site.
The new store is expected to open next year.
The supermarket giant has issued advice to customers on how they can continue to shop with Morrisons as the renovation is underway "to mitigate the inconvenience".
A new 2200 square foot Morrisons Daily shop at the new petrol station will open on Wednesday, February 15 stocking everyday essentials the customers can pick up alongside their fuel.
It will also have 35 parking spaces for customers who are not looking to access the petrol station.

The nearest major supermarket to the Morrisons Bishopbriggs site is the Asda Bishopbriggs store, about 10 minutes by public transport, 5 minutes by car or a 16-minute walk.
