Nonna Said in Merchant City has made a name for itself since opening in 2021 thanks to a menu full of fusion street food and creative specials like the Happy Highlander with haggis and potato smiley faces.

Now, the restaurant is offering a meat-free and dairy-free version of all of their dishes with most available in a low gluten option.
Adam Stevenson, general manager at Nonna Said, said: “With more and more customers looking for low gluten and vegan options we wanted to make sure that everyone can have a great meal with us.
“We did a lot of research into how we could recreate our original offering and have managed to source an incredible vegan pizza cheese which is a real game changer as well as creating a number of homemade meat alternatives.
"We’re confident that this is the best vegan pizza in the country.”
