A man is accused of running over a pregnant woman who then lost her unborn child.
Darren Morrison, 20, allegedly struck Julie Welsh on a road in Glasgow's Springburn on December 12 2020.
Court papers state Morrison was driving a car dangerously and at excessive speed for the road conditions.

It is claimed that Morrison did not slow down at a hill crest, failed to keep a proper lookout and pay proper attention to the road ahead.
The charge says Morrison failed to observe Miss Welsh who was crossing the road.
Morrison allegedly did not maintain proper control of the car and failed to brake in sufficient time.
The driver is said to have struck Miss Welsh with the car causing her to hit the bonnet and windscreen.

She is then claimed to have landed on the road all to her severe injury, permanent disfigurement, permanent impairment and danger of her life.
The charge lastly says that it caused her to lose her unborn child.
Morrison, of the city's Dennistoun, appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court today where he pled not guilty to the single charge.
A trial was set for April by Sheriff Shona Gilroy.
