A Southside dentist has lodged plans to expand its premises.
Strathbungo Dentist wants to take over an empty unit next door to their current practice at 565 Pollokshaws Road.
A statement in a planning application, lodged with Glasgow City Council this week, reads: "Change of use from class 1 (shop) to class 2 (dentist) with associated changes to shopfront and internal layout to increase size of current practice."

The application adds that the unit at the centre of the plans has been empty for a number of years.
Glasgow City Council planners are expected to make a decision on the plan by April 6.
