Cops have seized a quantity of drugs from a Glasgow property today. 

At 1.55pm, 999 crews raced to a property on Sanquhar Gardens after receiving reports of a possible disturbance. 

Upon arriving, the force discovered a quantity of drugs being grown at the Southside property. 

They did not specify the type of drug found, or its street value.

Cops confirmed that nothing suggested anyone was injured or assaulted at the property, but enquiries are ongoing. 

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers received a report of a possible disturbance at a property on Sanquhar Gardens in Glasgow around 1.55pm on Friday, 17 February.

"A quantity of drugs was found being grown at the property and enquiries are ongoing."
