Lorraine Kelly is still absent from her presenting duties on her morning show as she recovers from an illness.
The Glasgow-born presenter was sent home from the ITV studios on Wednesday after being "attacked by a hideous bug".
Lorraine took to Twitter to reveal that she had come down with the illness and as a result, been unable to host the programme and interview Queen frontman Adam Lambert.
When you have to be sent home from work early in the morning because you are suddenly attacked by a hideous bug and were looking forward to interviewing @adamlambert THAT! Beyond disappointed but imagine if I had infected him !!!!!!

Ranvir Singh stood in for the 63-year-old on Wednesday, and in Thursday morning's show, she explained that Lorraine was still recovering.
She said: "Lorraine is still recovering, I got in for 6:30 today so I should be fully prepared for the show today as opposed to yesterday!"
Lorraine has been sent well wishes by friends including Dr Amir Khan, Aled Jones and the show's editor Victoria Kennedy.
