Officers attended a Car Free Zone near a Glasgow primary and sent a warning to parents in the city.
Police have been out around Hillhead Primary School in the West End, to make sure the rules are followed.
They also issued a warning for drivers to follow guidance and signage.

On Twitter, a spokesperson said: "Officers have been out enforcing Car Free Zones in and around Hillhead Primary School.
"There are a number of these areas near schools now so please make sure you check the signs and follow the guidance."
