He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Now, Abby Grant has set up a GoFundMe page to help Ryan's family with funeral costs and has so far raised £2045 of the £3000 goal.
She wrote: "Setting up a GoFundMe page for a boy who lost his life far too soon.
"Ryan had a heart of gold and always had everyone laughing.
"Let's help his family give him the send-off he deserves.
"Rest in peace, Ryan Wheeler."
Police are investigating the crash and have called for any witnesses to come forward.
A 16-year-old girl who was also sitting in the back is currently fighting for her life at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
The 19-year-old male driver was also taken to hospital and has been arrested along with two other male passengers following the crash.
