A NEW restaurant is set to open at a theme park near Glasgow, creating 30 jobs.
M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park is launching an American-themed diner.
Monterey Jack’s is looking for 30 new staff members, including full and part-time waiting and kitchen staff.
A special recruitment open day will be held on Wednesday, March 8, from 5pm until 8pm in the Taylor Suite at the Alona Hotel within the theme park.

The new restaurant will feature an exclusive wild west interior and is set to open later this month.
Matthew Taylor Jnr, from M&D’s, said: “This is an exciting new addition to Scotland’s Theme Park and the final touches are under way for the big reveal.
"It’s a terrific opportunity for people to get involved with the new venture at such an early stage as well as benefit from the training which will be in collaboration with the experienced Monterey Jack’s team.
“We’re working hard to finish the interiors which will be spectacular and are looking forward to launching ahead of Mother’s Day.”
