A woman has been rushed to hospital following a fire in Glasgow.
We previously reported that emergency crews had raced to a tenement building in Yoker on Tuesday morning.
Fire crews are still on the scene and police confirmed that a woman has been taken to hospital.
An investigation is being carried out to establish what happened.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 9.35am on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, police received a report of a fire at a flat in Speirshall Close, Yoker.
"Emergency services are in attendance and one woman has been taken to hospital.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
